Flat Rate Shipping: All shipping is flat rate shipping based on weight.
- Hasta 4,5 kg (10 libras) = $10
- 4,6 kg a 11,3 kg (25 libras) = $20
- 11,4 kg a 18 kg (40 libras) = $30
- 18,1 kg y más = $40
Shipping Methods: Shipping companies will be based on the best available. Most will be FEDEX.
Backorders: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Damage/Loss: All claims for damage/shortage/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact customer service. In the event of a faulty product, a replacement will be shipped or refund will be issued depending on the circumstances.
