Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Premium Select Naturals shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Promo Codes/Coupons

Unless otherwise stated, promo codes and coupons cannot be combined. You may only use one coupon per store checkout order. A coupon cannot be used to pay for shipping or taxes, and may not be sold. If your coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling do not count towards that requirement. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only, and expires on a given date. Premium Select Naturals reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law. Promo items only apply to actively placed orders – recurring subscriptions are not eligible for the free item promotions. If you are a recurring subscription user, please contact customer service for further questions. Promo items are only available at Premium Select Naturals. Holiday, flash, third party and time-restricted specials are exclusionary to the 5-day price honoring rule. Due to their special time-restricted nature, we will be unable to price match after the noted period has ended. Promo items are available while supplies last. Mystery items, regardless of the received items, may not be returned, exchanged, refunded or given credit for under any circumstance. To ensure all customers can receive their benefit, Promo or Free items have a per customer limit of 6. Promo items are subject to change based on availability and stock of the current item – you may not receive the initial gift you expected based on the time sensitive circumstances above.

Premium Select Naturals’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Premium Select Naturals may revise the Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the Premium Select Naturals website. Premium Select Naturals reserves the right to verify that Customers have at all times complied with eligibility conditions and the right at all times to monitor Customers’ participation in the Program to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Freedom Health Alliance also reserves the right to review, retain, and/or disclose any information that it collects from Customers through the Program as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. Calls to and from Premium Select Naturals Customer Service Teams may be monitored and/or recorded for training and security purposes.

If Premium Select Naturals, its affiliates, or agents determine, at their sole discretion, that they suspect the presence of electronic forgery in the Program or if in fact this has been the case, or if technical difficulties compromise integrity, Premium Select Naturals will not be held responsible for Customers entering incomplete or wrong information, or for the technical malfunction of the phone networks or the software or the combination of both, or for data lost, delayed, or spoiled. Premium Select Naturals is not responsible for typographical or printing errors in any materials related to any programs. Premium Select Naturals will not accept responsibility for damaged, lost, or misdirected email, mail, or faxes. Proof of emailing/posting/faxing is not proof of receipt.
